Uganda is one of Africa’s most diverse wildlife destinations. This 10-day journey takes you through four iconic national parks — starting at Lake Mburo (zebra and impala), moving to Bwindi for mountain gorilla trekking, across to Queen Elizabeth NP (one of the world’s most biodiverse parks), west to Kibale for chimpanzee tracking, and finally north to Murchison Falls for game drives and a Nile boat cruise. This is Uganda at its absolute best.

Wake early and trek with rangers through the mist-shrouded forest in search of a mountain gorilla family. Trek duration: 2–6 hours. Optional afternoon: Village Walk or Batwa Cultural Trail (+$15 pp). Overnight in Bwindi (full board).
